The basalt quarrying operations of Batong Angono Aggregates Corporation (BAAC) is located in the municipality of Angono, Rizal and is a one (1) hour drive from Metro Manila.
Delta Earthmoving, Inc. has contracted the quarrying operations at BAAC starting January 2009 ,and has been renewed for three times. This operation produces a minimum of 350,000 MTs of basalt monthly.
Scope of work includes drilling & blasting, loading and hauling of broken basalt to the crushers and waste overburden to the waste dump, access road construction and maintenance, stockpile maintenance, waste dump maintenance and silt pond maintenance. Additional works include sales loading and other equipment rental works done from time to time.
