Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repair and troubleshooting of light vehicles, trucks, trailers, tower lights & other support equipment deemed necessary as support services to the Maintenance personnel in their daily routine job.
- Assist the LV Supervisor in the inspection, check-up & servicing of light vehicles including parts replacement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of his immediate superior, prepare the required oil, lubricants, grease, filters etc. in terms of specification and quantity necessary in the execution of preventive maintenance servicing based on the equipment service meter reading (SMR).
- Check and correct the Manufacturer’s recommended level and condition of oil, filter, greases etc. for each type and make of the equipment scheduled for PMS.
- Ensure safety practices while performing the assigned tasks bearing in mind the effect of oil spillage and solid waste disposal to the environment.
- Responsible for the replacement and installation of all required filters, draining and replacement, topping-off of required hydraulic oil, engine oil, transmission oil, gear oil etc.
- Properly dispose and segregate contaminated solid waste and used oil in accordance with the company’s safety and environmental policy and procedure.
- Conduct visual inspection of engine running and condition, gauges and instrumentation.
- Take oil samples (SOS) as instructed by the Maintenance Planner and label them with the type of oil and source of sample.
- Washing and degreasing of all equipment with completed PMS and submit checklist to the Maintenance Planner for recording.
- Perform minor equipment repair as necessary during PMS such as bolt tightening, defective hose replacement, busted auto bulbs, welding etc. and other visual check up.
- Contained oil spillage, immediately after completion of PMS and ensure proper housekeeping on designated area daily.

- Conduct repair and maintenance of all tires, inner tubes and other tire accessories including rims.
- Assemble and replace damaged tires due for relug or worn out tires.
- Remove and install tires and inner tubes replacement.
- Conduct inspection and check-up of loose wheel stud bolts and nuts and initiate appropriate action to be done.
- Ensure wheel clocks are properly placed on the parked equipment before performing tire repair or replacement.
- Perform inflation checks on all tires mounted to units and the standard air pressure required based on manufacturer’s recommendation.
- Always clean rims, bead seat bands, flanges and o-ring grooves prior to tire mounting.
- Perform proper matching of dual tires and rotate tires with uneven tread wear including alignment.
- Check the condition and capacity of hydraulic jack to be used prior to performing the tire repair including the appropriate tools, air compressor, and power utility.

- Conduct trouble shooting and repair of airconditioning system of heavy equipment, support equipment, trucks, light vehicles as instructed by the immediate superior in coordination with the H.E. Coordinator.

- Conduct charging of appropriate environment friendly Freon required for the airconditioning unit.

- High school or Vocational/Technical course in automotive air conditioning graduate would be an advantage; Graduate preferably vocational graduate in Auto Electrician or Industrial Electrician.
