Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep abreast to Environmental Management Bureau’s requirement as well as the Client’s on pollution control.
- Safety responsibilities in performing job in his/her area of influence.
- Attend to the necessary permit requirement of the government (EMB) prior to operating a facility.
- Ensure compliance of Pollution Control Facilities to government standards.
- On time submission of Quarterly Self-Monitoring Repost to EMB.
- Act as liaison officer to EMB, client and other pollution regulating body including the local government pollution control office.
- Attend the meeting of pollution control officers which from time to time be called by EMB.
- Monitor the generation and disposal of used oil, batteries and other Hazardous waste.
- Keep records/document of hazardous waste disposal, manifest form and other related supporting documents.
- Handle other environmental concerns as required by the client and other government agencies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Mining and/or Environmental Science
- Accredited PCO by EMB

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct work area assessment, surveys, and program evaluations to determine the presence of hazardous conditions, such as noise exposure, chemical exposure, indoor air quality, light levels, confined space, and ventilation in paint booths.
- Analyze hazardous conditions and assigns risk assessment codes for use by departments to prioritize and budget corrective actions.
- Implement and manage the company's environmental management system. This includes administering the waste management contract, and coordinating hazardous and universal waste management activities.
- Collect, analyze and maintain data essential for effective safety and environmental programs.
- Evaluate hazardous conditions and recommends engineering controls, administrative controls, and/or personal protective equipment.
- Provide statistical and fiscal data on workers’ compensation injuries. Maintains complete and accurate records as required. Prepares various reports, including charts and graphs, to determine trends and needs.
- Conduct periodic inspections of sites to assist managers and supervisors in environmental, health and safety compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree of any Engineering course, registered Nurse or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ work related experience
- Accredited practitioner from Department of Labor and Employment and Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) / Mines and Geoscience Bureau (MGB)

Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist the Recruitment Team in promoting and maintaining a high standard of professional recruitment practice;
- Together with the Sr. Recruitment Officer a need to manage the end-to-end recruitment requirements of all project sites and CHQ departments;
- Assist the Sr. Recruitment Officer in screening and processing prospective candidates;
- Together with the Sr. Recruitment Officer source possible qualified candidates through various recruitment channels;
- Together with the Sr. Recruitment Officer, build a strong relationship with all projects managers / department managers by conducting intake discussion to better understand the role;
- To effectively use the systems provided for proper monitoring of hiring activities;
- To provide updated reports to Project Managers and Department managers on their recruitment requirements;
- Responsible for investigating and responding to recruitment and selection inquiries and complaints;
- Manage recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture;
- Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates;
- Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees and review orientation materials from time to time as to the applicability to the latest government updates;
- Assist and guide local HR Assistant / Officer assigned at any project site to the requirements of local hiring;
- Conducts background checking of possible qualified candidates;
- Together with the recruitment team strategize the best recruitment option when hiring for new projects;
- Prepare and updates all recruitment reports as required by the immediate superior;
- Assist in the documentation of systems procedure and policy, implementation of personnel policies and procedures and maintain documentation;
- Maintains a database for all CVs;
- Performs related function assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Management or any related field;
